WHO WE ARE

Atlas Public Adjusters was founded to provide property owners with informed, hands-on representation throughout the insurance claims process.

Before entering public adjusting, our experience was built in the construction and restoration industry—working directly with insurance-driven projects from approval through completion. That background shapes how we evaluate damage, interpret scope, and advocate for claims that accurately reflect what it takes to restore a property properly.

We represent policyholders exclusively and operate with one objective: to ensure claims are documented, supported, and handled with the same level of diligence we would expect for our own property.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Our foundation comes from over six years in the construction industry, including leadership roles within both roofing and general contracting operations.

As an operations manager in the roofing industry, responsibilities extended across the full lifecycle of insurance-based projects—from securing work and coordinating claims, to managing materials, permits, inspections, crews, and on-site execution. This role required an in-depth understanding of policy-driven scopes, carrier expectations, and the realities of completing work to code and specification.

That experience expanded further in general contracting, where project management involved new construction, renovations, remodels, and restoration work. This included hands-on oversight of trades such as concrete, plumbing, framing, drywall, painting, and electrical—along with coordination of inspections and compliance requirements.

Working closely with government housing authorities and municipalities demanded an elevated standard of workmanship, documentation, and accountability. These environments leave no room for assumptions or shortcuts—and that level of discipline continues to inform how claims are evaluated and presented today.

WHY ATLAS EXISTS

Having worked on the contractor side of insurance claims, we understand firsthand how claims can be under-scoped, delayed, or mishandled. We’ve experienced what it’s like to navigate carrier processes, dispute incomplete decisions, and push back when documentation is ignored or undervalued.

That experience is what led to public adjusting.

Atlas was built to bridge the gap between what insurance companies approve on paper and what it actually takes to complete repairs correctly. After handling hundreds of claims across different roles in the industry, our focus is simple: advocate with knowledge, persistence, and integrity.

Clients are treated with the same care and attention we would expect for our own families—because the outcome of a claim directly affects people’s homes, finances, and peace of mind.
